The HL Heatless Desiccant Dryers provide constant -40°F /-40°C pressure dew point (optional -100°F / -70°C) to ensure that clean, dry air is delivered to the customer’s point of usage. These dryers include pre-filters and after-filters to keep the air stream clean and maintain the integrity of the desiccant medium. A digital controller and NEMA 4 electrics complete the premium characteristics of these dryers.

By using system air to purge the desiccant beds, HL Heatless Dryers and their filters remove contaminants that could spoil the customer’s product or manufacturing processes while conserving electrical energy associated with heat regenerative dryers. The switching valves and electrical control design provide increased reliability and reduced maintenance while affording safe and simple operation.

Features

  • Simple, extremely easy and powerful microprocessor controls in a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure with system schematic and indicating lights with Serial Communication available as standard.
  • Low Profile Design with standard filters included: both a high efficiency coalescing prefilter and particulate afterfilter. The prefilter is installed upstream of dryer to remove oil and liquid water down to 0.01 PPM (parts per million). The afterfilter is installed downstream of the dryer to remove 99.95% of all particulates 1 micron and larger protecting the downstream process. Non-lubricated High Performance Valve design permits trouble-free operation and provides a longer seal life
  • Compressor interlock, when activated, combined with downstream purge saves purge air consumption by stopping dryer purge basis a compressor load/run signal to prolongs compressor life and improve reliability.
